Hello, I’m Sabaha Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Somatics Practitioner who traded a 15-year corporate career for a purpose-led path in healing and wellbeing. My work is deeply informed by lived experience, having navigated chronic stress, burnout, and ADHD challenges myself. This journey shaped my approach and fuels my passion for supporting others who are experiencing similar pressures, helping them find greater balance, calm, and clarity.

Areas of Expertise I specialise in sound healing, including immersive sound baths and vibrational sound massage, alongside active and passive breathwork techniques and somatic practices. My sessions support mind–body awareness, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection. These tools emerged from my own search for sustainable ways to manage stress and protect my mental and physical health while working in highly demanding environments.

I am deeply passionate about supporting people on their wellbeing journeys, helping them reconnect with their bodies, access a sense of safety, and return to a more grounded and authentic version of themselves.

Philosophy I believe wellbeing is not about fixing or reinventing yourself, but about cultivating self-awareness and self-acceptance. My work focuses on bringing the mind and body back into safety, allowing space for both light and shadow. Our bodies hold experiences and trauma, and through practices such as breathwork and sound healing, we can create a supportive internal environment where processing, release, and integration can occur. The body is always communicating with us — we simply need to slow down and listen.

Personal Interests Outside of my practice, I love travelling and exploring new cultures. I’m a singer and regularly attend live gigs and concerts, and I enjoy reading, writing, and diving deep into research on a wide range of topics. I also value time with friends and family and am currently completing a coaching diploma to further deepen my work.

Hi, I’m Simona. I started Abuelita’s Wellbeing during lockdown - what began as a way to stay motivated in uncertain times soon grew into something much bigger.

I’m a Massage Therapist, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and a Social Entrepreneur. My path into this work began with my own struggles with mental & physical health. I started gifting myself regular massages, and those sessions helped me reconnect with my body and feel more present. That experience sparked my curiosity about the mind-body connection and inspired me to train as a therapist. And recently, as a Personal Trainer.

I combine my professional training with an intuitive approach, drawing from my love of Anatomy and Physiology, the Bodynamic system, and somatic practices.

Along the way, I also realized that massage was just one part of the puzzle. It helped me begin the journey, but I needed other therapies to go deeper and meet different layers of what I was carrying—physically, emotionally, and mentally. That insight shaped the evolution of Abuelita’s Wellbeing.

What began as a massage-focused studio gradually became a space for integrated and holistic care. Over time, I invited a team of skilled practitioners to join me—each offering their own area of expertise, from craniosacral therapy and physiotherapy to acupuncture, nutritional therapy, and more. Together, we support the body as a whole, honoring its complexity and its wisdom.

My space is grounded in kindness, non-judgment, inclusivity, and confidentiality. I truly believe that when we feel safe and supported, meaningful change becomes possible.

My Mission Through Abuelita’s Wellbeing CIC, I’m committed to making holistic care more accessible, especially for those facing mental health challenges or economic and social disadvantage. Everyone deserves consistent support, not just in crisis.

Hi, I’m Livia — a Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in women’s health, chronic fatigue, gut health, and long-term wellbeing.

My approach is holistic and personalised. I look beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns influencing health, combining nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and functional testing where appropriate to create clear, achievable plans that meet clients exactly where they are.

I work with both men and women, supporting a wide range of health concerns.

My particular areas of interest include:

Women’s health Blood sugar and metabolic health Low-energy states Digestive health Cardiovascular and liver health

My work is shaped not only by clinical training, but by lived experience. After more than 16 years in the fast-paced world of healthcare, combined with significant personal stressors, my own health began to suffer. Juggling high-pressure roles, long hours, and life’s wider demands led to burnout, chronic fatigue, and digestive issues. Despite multiple GP visits and being told my tests were “normal,” I knew something deeper was being missed.

That experience changed everything. I realised my symptoms weren’t random — they were deeply connected to chronic stress, impaired digestion, nutrient depletion, and nervous-system overload. I retrained in Nutritional Therapy to understand why my body was struggling, not just how to silence it.

With the right support, my energy returned, my digestion settled, and I learned how to support my body through stress rather than pushing through it. That journey is what now informs how I work with clients — with empathy, curiosity, and respect for the body’s signals.

I believe nutritional therapy is most powerful when it supports the whole person — their lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and the realities of everyday life. Health-coaching principles are woven throughout my work to help clients connect with their deeper “why”, build sustainable habits, and feel confident in the changes they’re making.

My aim is simple: to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move towards lasting health and balance.

Hey, I’m Remi. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 12 years and have trained in a mixture of vinyasa, hatha, Iyengar, and Ashtanga yoga.

In my classes, I teach vinyasa and hatha with a focus on alignment and marrying movement with breath, helping students build awareness and a deeper connection to their body and themselves. I believe that yoga should be inclusive, accessible, and empowering. With experience teaching all abilities, I offer variations and adaptations so everyone feels supported while still encouraged to grow.

I’m also trained in yoga for cancer and long-term health conditions, including lymphedema, designing practices that gently support the side effects of illness and treatment, helping you build back strength and mobility.

My aim is to help you find how yoga can sustainably support your health and wellbeing. My hope is that you leave each session feeling grounded, connected, and supported.

Off the mat, I work in the charity sector, focusing on healthcare access and inequalities. I enjoy cold dips, long hikes, solo travel, and bakeries. Being outside in nature is very calming for me, and you can often find me in my local park walking laps with a flask of tea or taking my yoga practice outside.
